Once again, Kay’s sense of social justice and knowing right from wrong is demonstrated by this excellent post (from her blog). At the end of the post, she provides contact information to be used to let these jerks know how the rest of country feels about their actions:

Nope, I’m talking about a woman named Hope who called the police for help and ended up being brutalized (strip searched by 7 police officers…most of them male) by the very officers (vultures) she called. Why did they strip search her? Oh that’s right. Hope gave her dead sister’s license first to the cops (she keeps it in her wallet in memory of her sister) and when she realized her mistake, the officer wouldn’t give it back to her (he should have kidnap charges against him for that) and this was her TICKET TO BEING CHAINED TO A FLOOR AT THE LOCAL JAIL AND HAVING HER CLOTHES RIPPED OFF HER BODY BY MALE & FEMALE OFFICERS!
But then what happens in the comments? UFL, Randy and Kay go down the path of bashing Karol and others. The obsession by Kay and her friends is consuming them:

Kay may get her signatures today from delegates and alternates (depending upon how many turned out); however, she still needs to run a bonafide campaign (and ultimately win it) at the state convention in May.
Not gonna happen.
Competition for those few slots will be unbelievable.
This is someone who's attended one piddly caucus in her life; and her first county committee meeting today.
Her county committee will "expect" her to stump & to volunteer for their '08 county candidates (Sheriff, state Sen., state Rep.; & county commissioners' seats).
It's an expectation which is rarely spoken, but implied.
Volunteering in rural areas is outrageously time-consuming (as well as expensive--use your own pocket money); and I'd be shocked if she actually does it.
Volunteering would cut back dramatically on "blogging" time, also.

Only those folks who've proven that they have volunteered vast amounts of time to various campaigns over the years (within the state leg. races, county, and municipal levels) to the party are eventually voted by peers to attend national conventions.
At-large, or regional basis petitions and campaigns also matters--it isn't easy.
Even when you're well-known within the party (which Kay certainly is not).
"Wanting" to go to Denver simply doesn't do it.
How delusional & grandiose. Only those who've paid their proverbial dues (or have no competition in red states) are elected to go to national.
Secondly, there is no "river" running in back of Kay's home--it's a freakin' *brook* (call it a large stream during spring run-off, perhaps-- but it's a brook).
The river is no where near her home--it's miles away.
The fence she installed around the perimeter of her home last fall serves as a garrisoned moat.
Kiss that foundation goodbye, depending upon how the ice/snow melts.
It's got no place to go beyond the fence, re: drain-off (esp. w/any heavy rains & warm temps. factored in), other than towards the foundation.
Homeowner's insurance won't cover it.
